QUALIFICATIONS
· Having Bachelor’s degree,
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Control/Audit functions
· Having knowledge of English in advanced level
· Have an analytical mindset and developed research skills,
· Willing to pursue a career in Internal Control
· Solution-oriented, careful and with an analytical mindset,
· Able to use MS Office programs effectively
· Preferably able to use Business Object (SAP) program
· Able to analyze and interpret data, creative, effective in planned and team work,
· Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Carrying out the company's internal control and internal audit activities
· Contributing to the development of the internal control environment, to raise awareness about controls in business units.
· Update and follow up of department’s procedures
· Ensuring that all activities, transactions and products carried out or planned to be carried out are in compliance with the Law and other relevan legislation, internal policies and rules and customs.
· Ensuring that functional segregation of duties are established within the Company, responsibilities are and authorization are allocated and written clearly.
· Ensuring that work flow charts showing the controls and work steps on the company's business processes are established.
· Preparation and execution of control plan of generic and specif controls
· Check and challenge process of RCSA (LOD1 Risk Assesment Process at LOD2 level)
· Conducting the Internal Audit of Information Management System
· Clearly and fully communicate deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations for improvements.
· Checking the fulfilment of the recommended measures.
· Protecting the independence and confidentiality of the Internal Control Unit
· Coordination and ensuring co-operation with external auditors
· Follow up of action plans related with recommendations and findings of external audits.
· Organization and coordination of TEB Cetelem’s Audit and Internal Control Committees and contribution to TEB A.S.’s Compliance Committee and Internal Control Committee.
· Giving LOD2 opinion on risk assesment of suppliers when needed
· LOD2 control of Operational risks
· To follow the company's directives on KVKK and to act in accordance with these directives in the processes
· Determining the risks that will fall within the scope of KVKK in terms of internal control and compliance processes and entering these risks to Archer Tool and updating when needed.
