Job Description

TEKCE has several business partnerships with real estate agencies, legal advisory offices, and travel agencies all around the world. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the partner onboarding process, developing and maintaining partnership relations with both new and existing partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

• Establishing primary point of contact with partners,
• Conduct the bridge between partners and TEKCE agents,
• Following up and updating all partner journeys.

Required Background

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Fluent English is a requirement; a second language is preferred,
• Proven experience in B2B relations and account management,
• Familiar with CRM systems,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• The Business Development Specialist role requires strong negotiation and objection handling abilities,
• Creative thinking and effective problem solving skills,
• Open to working flexible hours.
