BIS Schools are seeking an experienced High School Principals to lead our secondary schools. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader committed to academic excellence and student success in an international school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the high school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and student progress in line with international educational standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of teachers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

• Promote a positive school culture that supports student well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

• Engage with parents, staff, and the wider community to maintain strong relationships.

• Ensure compliance with school policies, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native or native-like English speaker

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in secondary education

• A degree in Education (Master’s preferred) or a related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A commitment to student success and holistic education
