Purchasing Specialist (Chinese)

Our company, a subsidiary of Tiryakiler Group of Companies, has been operating in the automotive sector since 1952. Our Manisa facility designs and manufactures propeller shafts for the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers. We hold IATF 16949, Ford Q1, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality system certifications and are looking for a "Purchasing Specialist (Chinese)" to join our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in forging, machining, or press production
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System
• Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English translation
• No travel restrictions (must have a Class B driver’s license)
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Job Description

• Research alternative suppliers in the Far East market and manage the introduction of new products
• Monitor raw material costs and economic parameters to conduct cost analysis
• Conduct price research from alternative sources to identify cost optimization opportunities and take necessary actions
