"GUEST ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR"
We invite you to work as a "Guest Assistant Supervisor" in the Guest Relations department of ourTITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUMhotel operating in the Antalya region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
- Oversee Guest Assistants, ensuring their daily tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Train and develop team members, fostering their growth and success.
- Address complaints and issues with creativity and professionalism, meeting and negotiating with guests when needed.
- Work closely with departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kids Club, Spa, and more.
- Review and manage guest feedback and complaints in the Elektra system, preparing daily reports to monitor and improve performance.
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in Guest Relations or Front Office roles.
- Fluency in Turkish, English, and one additional language (Russian, German, or Arabic).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and preferably Elektra.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated with a desire for growth.
- Willing to work any shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- A polished, professional demeanor that upholds our brand image.
