Job Description:

• Handle purchasing requests from relevant departments in line with company procedures and targets by obtaining offers from approved or new suppliers to ensure the most favorable conditions (price, lead time, payment terms, etc.),

• Research alternative suppliers and work in coordination with business units,

• Manage supplier relations effectively and perform supplier evaluation processes,

• Organize the delivery processes of purchased materials,

• Monitor and manage the entire operational process, including delivery, inventory recording, and payment of purchased products,

• Ensure all procurement and quotation processes are tracked through the procurement software,

• Maintain communication and coordination with company departments during procurement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably in Business Administration or Economics,
• Proven experience in procurement processes, especially in multi-location supply operations,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office programs,

• Experienced in preparing and managing service and product purchase agreements,

• Skilled in creating and reporting cost analyses,

• Experienced in multi-location supplier management (finding new/alternative suppliers and ensuring sustainability),

• Capable of maintaining regular communication with suppliers to evaluate product/service quality and delivery schedules,

• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,

• Analytical mindset and result-oriented,

• High sense of profitability and efficiency,

• Service-oriented with a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction,

• Preferably knowledgeable about fixed assets and inventory processes,

• Fluent in English (written and spoken),

• No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
