GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Industrial Engineering
• Preferably experience in a multinational industrial environment
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge SAP will be a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command in English, both verbal and written; required to communicate with global teams
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Entering vendor invoices into SAP
• Being involved in the CO process for TASC
• Handling VAT declaration processes
• Processing Fixed Asset bookings
• Entering sales invoices related to the A&F department
• Reviewing and processing bank withholding tax accounts
• Learning and processing corporate tax calculations and bookings
• Conducting analysis and reporting on all A&F activities
• Booking advance payments
• Supporting month-end and year-end stock-taking processes and related bookings
• Processing insurance bookings and verifying related policies
• Performing cross-checks for bank loan bookings
• Recording payroll bookings in SAP and coordinating with HR for verification
• Recording necessary accruals in SAP
• Handling FX transactions in SAP
• Learning and processing pension liability bookings in SAP
