About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AI Engineering skills to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing software that integrates advanced AI/ML capabilities, ensuring robustness, security, and performance across the entire stack. Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development:

   • Architect and implement full stack solutions, from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs and databases, ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML components.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business needs into technical solutions.

2. AI Integration:

   • Partner with data scientists to embed machine learning models into production systems and optimize their performance for real-time or large-scale scenarios.

   • Implement pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

3. Performance Optimization:

   • Continuously refine front-end and back-end performance, focusing on low latency and high throughput for AI-driven features.

   • Employ best practices in caching, load balancing, and system design to scale effectively.

4. Security and Compliance:

   • Ensure applications comply with security standards and data privacy regulations.

   • Proactively identify vulnerabilities, enforce secure coding practices, and implement defensive strategies.

5. DevOps and CI/CD:

   • Set up and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to enable rapid release cycles.

   • Contribute to cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

6. Technical Leadership:

   • Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and advocate for engineering best practices.

   • Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and strategic product planning.

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (at least C1 level or equivalent) are strictly required. Applicants below this threshold will not be considered.

• Experience: At least 4–5 years of hands-on full stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, C#, C++).

• AI/ML Engineering: Proven experience integrating and deploying ML models (Foundation Model APIs, NVIDIA NIM, NVIDIA Blueprints) into production environments.

• Cloud & DevOps: Expertise with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

• Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), including schema design, query optimization, and data lifecycle management.

• System Architecture: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain scalable, microservice-based architectures while ensuring maintainability.

• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working closely with Data Science, Product, and Design teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Domain Specialization: Experience with advanced AI fields such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or big data analytics.

• Open Source Contributions: A track record of contributing to or maintaining open source projects.

• Security & Performance: Experience implementing advanced security protocols and working with large-scale data under high traffic conditions.
