QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing and Logistics Specialist to join our team in the Supply Management sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient procurement and distribution of goods, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.



General Qualifications
  • University degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years, up to 10 years of experience in a Purchasing and Logistics Specialist position.
  • Proficiency in English (Good).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with logistics software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Remote working capability.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the purchasing and logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize logistics and supply chain management tools to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
