GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a “Technical Service Manager”for our Technical team!
What will you do?
• Leading and managing the Technical Service Department,
• Organizing the team's task distribution, ensuring that the team achieves its daily operational goals,
• Developing improvement proposals that will increase efficiency in operational processes and ensure rapid intervention,
• Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance the customer experience and achieve service objectives,
• Coordinating with other departments such as marketing, sales and relevant departments in the customer service division to ensure that customers’ needs are met in all areas,
• Monitoring service metrics and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,
• Developing the Technical Service Department and implementing service standards and procedures for the department,
• Working effectively with customers and stakeholders,
• Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency,
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior manager on service performance, key metrics and improvement initiatives,
What are we looking for?
• Graduated from universities in Machine, Electric-Electronics, Electronics or similar engineering fields,
• At least 7 years of experience in Technical Service Management or Service Management,
• Dynamic, customer-focused and excellent communication skills,
• Excellent leadership and people management skills,
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,
• High level of accuracy and detail-oriented data analysis and reporting,
• Strong organisational and time management skills, withthe ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
• Excellent command of English,
• Must be with no travel restrictions.
