What we expect ?

• Graduate with a major of Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar from reputable universities.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT related positions preferably in technology, integrator or communication companies.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT related services preferably in Pre-Sales / Architect roles.
• Strong communicator, team player, result oriented, self-motivated with “can-do” attitude.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills required.
• Problem solver and can use technical and business language in order to understand customer's core goals and business priorities, and plan to help the customer with IT solutions
• Fluency in English (both written & spoken)

What Does the Tecnihal Architect Role Do at Turkcell?

• Define qualified opportunities and identify customer needs analysis through visits
• Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Experience with conducting hardware/software infrastructure sizing, performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide overall infrastructure recommendations to the client.
• Preparing and evaluating technical solutions and tasks associated with hardware / software / device performance, dependability, interoperability, recovery, availability etc.
• Preparing and evaluating technical solutions and tasks associated with managed services efforts of inhouse technical operation teams, based upon customer needs, performance, dependability, interoperability, security, recovery, availablity etc.
• Preparing and evaluating technical solutions and tasks associated with managed services and related infrastructure technologies.
• Interfacing with customers, vendors, managed services operation team and other technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements
• Addressing and resolving complex technical needs related to network & security infrastructure.
• Design technical solution architecture accordingly and terms of reference documentation.
• Initiate proposals and participate in the writing of RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tender documents templates and responses.
• Create and design topology, HLD, LLD, BOM, technical documentation acccording to customer needs and propose a project plan.
• Broad experience and understanding of security trend, threat landscape and framework such as the cyber kill-chain
• Must have working technical knowledge of security technologies (across multiple domains such as Firewall, IPS, NAC, PAM, SIEM, DLP, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security etc.)
• Must have technical design knowledge and background experience of security vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, F5 etc.
• Must have technical design knowledge and background experience of network vendor products and technologies such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba Networks, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Campus network solutions and Data Center Networking solutions, familiar with SDN & SDWAN architecture.
• ICT professional certification(s) related with partner programs of vendors.
