QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About the job:

Responsible for monitoring and reporting the end-to-end sales processes of our company operating in the IT field, and coordinating communication between teams and customers, this role aims to support every stage of sales operations, facilitate sales processes, increase customer satisfaction, keep processes constantly updated, and ensure that teams take timely action.

We are looking for colleagues who will contribute to our innovative, dynamic and quality-oriented approach for the "Sales Support Specialist" position at our office in Kartal.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide daily operational support to the sales team,
  • Respond to customer requests quickly and effectively,
  • Follow up on processes and report regularly,
  • Perform data entry and updates using the Salesforce program,
  • Assist in the organization of sales meetings and presentations,
  • Optimize workflow by organizing processes with IT teams.
  • Conduct activities to increase customer satisfaction,
  • Ensure that necessary documentation is prepared in sales processes.
  • Support offer, contract and documentation processes.


What are we looking for:

  • Having an associate or bachelor's degree from the relevant departments of universities,
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in a sales support or similar support position in the IT sector,
  • Having experience in the field of proposal, contract and documentation,
  • Having reporting, presentation and organization skills,
  • Having a good command of MS Office programs (especially Excel),
  • Having good English speaking and writing skills,
  • Having effective communication skills and a solution-oriented approach,
  • Being prone to teamwork and competent in time management,
  • Salesforce knowledge will be a plus.
