We are looking for a Budget Planning and Financial Reporting Supervisor to be considered forAmerican Hospital

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, or similar departments of universities.
• At least 6-8 years of total experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the audit departments of Big 4 companies.
• Financial controlling and budgeting experience for at least 2-3 years is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry / hospital field is an asset.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Computer literacy with excellent Excel skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver good presentations with solid communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written & oral).

Job Description

• To deliver timely, accurate, and consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, both inIFRS andTurkish GAAP.
• Supporting the processes of monthly closing IFRS reports and data entries.
• Preparing department P&L analysis and financial reports for top management.
• Being a part of the preparation of the annual budget process on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and budget vs. actual comparison analysis.
• Assisting in preparing statistical metrics & figures of departments in accordance with reporting requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining a robust cost control mechanism with the ability to monitor the costs of goods & services on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
• Ensuring effective collaboration with all relevant departments for the collection of accurate and timely information.
• Continuously monitoring and tracking the financial performance of the medical departments.
• Participating in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting processes and systems.
• Implementing and running necessary controls monthly to ensure that the management reporting system is running effectively and financial results are accurate and correct.
• Preparing high-level periodic and ad-hoc management reports and presentations, meeting instant report and information requests from top management.
• Supporting other regulatory reporting covering the area of responsibility.
