Now, We are looking for a "Reservation Agent" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

"Reservation Agent" is responsible for maximizing revenue through room reservation by settling proactive selling strategies and actions plans to achieve the budgeted revenue thereby maintaining a healthy business.

Competencies

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality from a reputable university or any related field 
• At least 3 years experience in a luxury hotel segment, preferably in a resort
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Guest service oriented, fostering teamwork, and giving feedback
• High energy level
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions. 
• Multi-tasking, resolving conflict
• Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
