Production Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

YC INOX is an investment with 100% Taiwanese capital. YC INOX operates as a Stainless Steel Service Center.

We are looking for a teammate for the position of "Production Assistant Manager" in our production department.

• Ensure line production is carried out in accordance with the production schedule,
• Ensure standardization in production processes,
• Ensure that quality losses and waste are minimized,
• Analyze non-conforming production problems, ensure their correction and take preventive and remedial actions.
• Developing systems and processes to monitor and optimize efficiency, performance and cost targets,
• Overseeing the implementation of production controls such as first product inspection (FAI), self-inspection and in-process inspection,
• Production success rate (PAR), gross yield rate (GYR), yield rate and usage etc. managing production data such as,
• To ensure coordination between lines so that production lines can progress according to the Just in Time (JIT) rule,
• Reporting the performance of unit activities to the department manager. Preparing monthly and annual activity reports,
• To ensure that the requirements of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and 5S standards are met.

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 7 years of experience in production in the iron and steel sector,
• Preferably with a background in the pipe industry and stainless steel production,
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, 5S Standards
• Advanced Level English
