Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Senior Proposal Specialist" to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer or Electrical And Electronic Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Project Proposal field,
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office,
• Good command of English,
• Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking,
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and solution-oriented,
• Ablility to manage stress and time with high organizational skills,
• Exhibits initiative-taking and possesses strong analytical thinking skills,
• Being patient and diplomatic, to effectively navigate various challenges,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Extraction of material and labour costs for all industrial projects, 
• Creation of cost analyses by comparing with similar projects,
• Preparation of technical tender documents and sharing them with the relevant manager,
• Creation of cost analyses for projects,
• Preparation of project drawings,
• Reviewing tasks from business developers, providing information and reports related to the project,
• Sharing the relevant reports with the management,
• Completion of the assigned tasks on time and in a way to save labour, time and materials,
• Investigation of innovations related to the field.
