Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Originator at Yepaş, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Senior Originator will be responsible for managing relationships with energy producers, analyzing market dynamics, and developing tailor-made solutions for energy producers and large-scale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate value by originating, negotiating, and finalizing bespoke energy transactions, with full end-to-end deal responsibility.
• Expand the partner network through strategic relationship development.
• Continuously enhance existing processes and products to meet the evolving needs of the market and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with trading, legal, back office, compliance, and other internal teams to develop and implement innovative energy products and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Türkiye’s electricity market, preferably in trading or origination roles.
• Strong knowledge of energy trading, product structuring, and market dynamics.
• Established network within the Turkish energy sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.
