QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced "Call Center Representative (German) – International Patient Relations and Operations Support Specialist" to join our growing and dynamic team. Preferably with knowledge in medical tourism, this role requires strong communication skills to make a difference in call center operations.

 This position is ideal for candidates who want to professionally handle international patient communication, efficiently support processes, manage calls, and provide solutions with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from international patients, provide telephone support, and manage processes effectively.e
  • Actively participate in all stages of healthcare services to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Schedule patient appointments, coordinate services, and manage patient feedback processes.
  • Monitor call center operations and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in German (both spoken and written). (Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.)
  • Experience in call center operations.
  • Strong communication skills in telephone-based patient interaction.
  • Holding a Goethe-Zertifikat or TestDaF certification in German is an advantage.
  • Experience in medical tourism or customer relations is preferred.
  • Dynamic, quick problem-solving abilities, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
