Senior Sales Specialist

Our company A-Plas Genel Otomotiv Mamulleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., which provides services in the field of plastic injection, plastic paint and chrome plating in the automotive sector. We are looking for an “Sales Senior Specialist” to work in our company, a leading Tier1 supplier in automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Experience in working with domestic and international OEMs, 
• Experienced in pricing, quotation and order management,
• Fluent in English, (Both written & spoken)
• Customer-oriented, strong communication skills, human relations and persuasion skills,
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Ability to teamwork,
• Analytical mindset, result and solution oriented,
• No military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities 

• Advancing the bidding processes and making agreements with OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 customers,
• Process RFQs, create and submit bids,
• To ensure cooperation and coordination with the relevant departments on issues related to all cost items subject to pricing,
• Timing and cost tracking of sales issues related to the project,
• Learning, researching and analyzing customer demands
• Working on the project with the customer-supplier portal,
• Tracking the current prices of customers and making price advancements,
• Making customer visits,
• Ensuring that customer data is kept up to date in the ERP system.
