Sales Support Specialist (Mv Switchgear)

Your role and responsibilities

• Supports the sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers, 
• Provides technical support and consultation during the technical meetings, product presentations, negotiations, 
• Lead the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements in coordination with,
• Negotiates the customer contract T&C's, and align them with ABB T&C’s, Handovers the project in the kickoff meeting,
• Analyzes customer needs and specifications through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization,
• Performs lost analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local. 

Qualifications for the role 

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering,
• Preferred experiences of Medium Voltage systems and switchgears sales/tendering, design experience, 
• Experience in technical clarification and reading specifications of Medium Voltage switchgears generating deviation lists and filling data sheets,
• Preferred experiences in contractual negotiation,
• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish, 
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Able to work with diverse cultures in a multinational environment, 
• No limitation for international customer events & visits.
