Quality Control Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

University graduate, preferably from Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics and Communication, or Telecommunication Engineering departments,

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the mobile phone or electronics manufacturing sector in quality control processes,

Proficient in ISO 9001, 45001, 27001, and 18001 certification topics,

Proficient in Quality Management Systems and Document Control Center,

Strong analyzing, reporting and archiving skills,

Having good command of English,

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Especially advanced level of MS Excel),

Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality,

A multi-tasker who can work under pressure,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side, preferably in Tuzla (Job Location is Tuzla).

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensures that products are manufactured in accordance with quality control plans from the beginning to the end of the production stage,

Determine production quality criterias,

Ensure the control of the compliance of supplied raw materials, materials, and equipments with the desired quality standards,

Obtain approvals from managers to stop production in case of identified non-compliance during production phases,

Conduct root cause analysis of product error reports, identify appropriate actions, and take the necessary actions,

Thoroughly examine non-compliant products and prepare the return reports,

Coordinate and communicate with all departments for the implementation of the quality system and the elimination of potential problems,

Direct, plan, and monitor all improvement activities within the company,

Conduct necessary work to ensure that products are manufactured in line with the company's quality policy and quality objectives, and meet customer requirements and legal conditions.
