QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant or outlet management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting,
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus,
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and manage a team,
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills,
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control,
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks,
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality environment,
  • Ability to live or relocate to Fethiye.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction,
  • Support in leading the restaurant team, including training and development,
  • Help maintain operational procedures, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards,
  • Assist with inventory management and controlling food and beverage costs,
  • Handle guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and professionally,
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
