QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Ability to maintain hotel’s standards, policies and procedures,
• Computer knowledge (Office programs, Logo, Opera, Micros),
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system,
• Reconcile cash balances and prepare daily cash reports,
• Handle guest and company invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing,
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and communicate with clients regarding payments,
• Maintain proper documentation and records for financial audits,
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting,
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and accounting standards.
