QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both Turkish and English,
  • Experienced in luxury hotels,
  • Experience in project management and organizational development,
  • Strong listening, note-taking, and organizational skills,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities,
  • Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality,
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented,
  • Strong communication skills, and a team player,
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills,
  • Flexible and quick to adapt,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate business and personal planning in line with the General Manager’s schedule,
  • Attend various meetings, take meeting notes, and organize them,
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and research, or provide support in their preparation,
  • Provide all necessary support to help the General Manager carry out their work effectively,
  • Ensure internal coordination by establishing effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate

Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
