QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, or Communication departments,
  • Guest satisfaction-oriented, with strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor,
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury segment hotels,
  • Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus),
  • Sensitive to guest requests, solution-oriented, and proactive in addressing needs,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Flexible with working hours and availability,
  • Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, activities, and amenities,
  • Address guest requests promptly and effectively, offering personalized services based on their needs,
  • Play an active role in ensuring guest satisfaction at all stages of their stay,
  • Listen to guest feedback and resolve complaints with a solution-focused approach,
  • Fulfill special guest requests and create memorable experiences through creative solutions,
  • Maintain regular communication with guests to continuously improve their experience,
  • Work in coordination with all hotel departments to meet guests' needs.
