As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for an Senior Logistics Engineer who will work in Production and Material Planning team.
- University degree in engineering faculties of universities (Preferably Industrial Engineer),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions,
- Having experience in the production sector,
- Have knowledge and experience about SAP,
- Able to use MS Office programs and make reports
- Proficiency in English
- Able to think analytically and use numbers rather than intuition when making decisions
- having strong communication skills
- Made positive thinking a principle,
- Knows the Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

What do we expect from you?
- Analyzing and improving internal logistics processes
- Warehouse and Location Management
- In-warehouse material and product flow (packaging type, transportation method, frequency)
- Taking an active role in digitalization and automation processes
- Analyzing and improving the resource needs in the current warehouse processes (Manpower, Equipment and other needs)
- Correlating and reporting the impact of improvements made on KPIs
- Creating and monitoring the department budget in line with company targets
- Monitoring and tracking warehouse KPI’s,
- Optimizing material flow through lean methodology and providing cost saving opportunities
- Managing and improving the warehouse counting process.
