QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

At the end of 1999's, ATU Duty Free was founded in partnership with Unifree and Gebr. Heinemann, experienced in the operation of TAV Airports and tax-free sales outlets, with a forward vision of the modern airport operations. Since its foundation, ATU has been at the forefront of aviation and retailing in its genres.

From a modest beginning with an 80 sqm store in Istanbul, ATU today operates over 27,000 square meters of retail space in 21 airports, 1 cruise port, spanning 7 countries around the world. We are looking for a “Seasonal Sales Specialist” to work betweenApril -October, with the following qualifications, for our operation atAntalya Airport.

General Qualifications

  • Associate degree/bachelor's degree graduate
  • Fluent in English (Mastery of a second language including Russian/German/Arabic is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail sector
  • Developed communication skills, customer-focused
  • Able to work target-oriented, experienced in sales
  • Team-oriented, able to adapt to fast and dynamic work pace
  • Solution-oriented, disciplined, and careful
  • Being able to adapt to shift work system

Job Description

  • Providing customers in the store with a professional sales experience about products and services
  •  Contacting potential customers and evaluating sales opportunities
  •  Analyzing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  •  Implementing strategies to reach sales targets
  •  Following market trends and conducting competitor analysis
  •  Receiving customer feedback, suggesting improvements for products and services
  •  Contributing to in-store visual arrangements
