Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies aligned with company and client standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and company policies.
• Coordinate HSE training programs and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures to mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and documentation of safety statistics for review and analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related matters with local management and external agencies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HSE role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent HSE qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively in a safety-conscious environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effectively liaising with various stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HSE management software.
