What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Coordinate and manage import and export activities, shipment tracking, custom clearance
• Manage and coordinate documentation relevant import and export activities
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, custom brokers for import export process
• Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, delays, demurrages
• Analyze import export process and trends
• Communicate all relevant stakeholders such as Export Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Agro and Production, Regulatory Affairs, Tax and Finance
• Manage SAP activities related to import export process
• Ensure to manage all process compliance with regulations, tariff and custom requirement

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Proficiency in customs legislation.
• Understanding of payment terms and delivery terms.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Office and ERP systems.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

What competencies are key to this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import & Export, or Logistics.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an Import & Export Department.
• Advanced level of English
• Living in Balıkesir/Bandırma
