BEGO is one of the leading Dental companies which was established in 1890 in Germany. For our Turkey organization we are looking for Controlling who will report to Finance Manager and will closely work with the group controlling department in Bremen.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling area
• Good understanding of IFRS and Turkish GAAP
• Strong analytical approach with a high level of results orientation and problem-solving skills
• Pleasure in taking on responsibility
• Excellent Excel, Power BI skills and ERP system like (Logo Tiger). Experience in data warehouses for reporting are beneficial / high IT affinity / SQL knowledge
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English or German
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Strong communication skills in cooperation with various finance and controlling functions in an international environment and with top management
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Resident in Anatolian side of İstanbul

Job description:

• Responsibility for monthly reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow including analysis for the local management and for the BEGO group
• Responsibility for developing and execution of an efficient operative management reporting especially for sales KPIs and cost structures
• Provision of analysis on key topics as a basis for management decisions
• Preparation of Forecast/ Budget 
• Preparing and improving cost system and profitability analyses of company’s structure
• Monitoring risks and factors influencing business performance and recommendation of corrective actions for achieving the targets
• Building up / maintenance date warehouse for reporting in cooperation with local IT partners and BEGO group IT department in Bremen
