Key Account Manager- Private Label
Erte Cosmetics is a full service private label manufacturer that produces perfume, home fragrance, skin care, bath&body care products.
We are looking for Key Account Manager to join in our Sales and Business Development Team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Passion for the beauty and cosmetic industries
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional Private Label experience with b2b sales a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in related field
- Possessing new generation leadership skills
- Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
- Taking initiative and decision making skills
- Have a customer-oriented service approach
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Identify and resolve customer concerns/complaints
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP program.
- No restriction to travel abroad,
- Valid driving license class B and active driver,
- Residing in the European Side of Istanbul,
- No military obligation for male candidate
Job Description:
- Managing operational process with efficiency and customer satisfaction from order receipt to shipment
- Initiating new business with existing customers and making business development strategies
- Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives; key owner of all projects and processes from beginning to end
- Liaising with customer service internally to keep up to date with developments regarding open orders, pending samples, quotations, shipment follow up, etc.
- Managing and executing complex and demanding projects by energizing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding customers needs offering new solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Reporting to Head of Sales and Business Development
