GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Good command of verbal and written English (Applications without good level of English will not be taking into consideration !!! )

- Graduated from Food Engineering departments of universities

- Experience in the Food Sector is preferred

- For male candidates, completed military service,

- Open to development and learning,

- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

- Responsible with high communication and coordination skills,

- Residing / able to reside in Çorlu / Tekirdağ,

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Working in the processed cheese production process, reporting to the production manager, in line with production capacity and requirements,

- Ensuring that the weekly production plan is created in line with the demand planning and supply chain department requirements,

- Organizing and managing the shift and working order, leave programs of the production teams affiliated to him/her in line with the production plan,

- Ensuring that the production process is constantly monitored in real time and coordinated with other departments (supply, maintenance, quality, R&D),

- Daily production KPI 's monitoring and analysis, taking corrective and preventive actions where necessary,

- Regular reporting of raw material, packaging materials and efficiency analyses according to weekly production,

- Ability to use SAP Production Module, opening and approving production orders in SAP system,
