About the Role!

Job Purpose

We are looking for engineers to manage our refinery process in line with our Company mission & vision to be employed in our factory located in Corlu / Tekirdag.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing Refinery processing plans.
• Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute processing plans
• Controlling oil stocks and consumptions.
• Ensuring Occupational Health and safety, and quality
• Minimizing the processing costs and losses
• Monitoring the refinery processes and advising to adjust schedules as needed
• Conduct the improvement projects and adopt technological innovations to productions.
• Monitor and further increase the productivity and the motivation of the blue collars in the refinery part.

About you!

• Bachelor’s Degree from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Analytical, open-minded, team player, and good communication skills
• Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
• Preferably knowing TPM & WCM methods
• Fluent in English
• Willing to reside at Corlu / Tekirdağ
