BIS Schools are seeking experienced Preschool Principals to lead our early years programme. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator who is committed to providing a nurturing and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for young learners.

• Lead and support a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and professional school culture.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets international educational standards.

• Maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and the broader school community.

• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Native or Native-like English speaker

• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education leadership

• A degree in Education (Master’s preferred) or a related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A passion for early childhood education and development
