Job Description

• Manage and develop the company's export sales processes,
• Maintain the existing international customer portfolio while actively working to acquire new customers,
• Set, monitor, and report sales targets in relevant markets,
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events,
• Closely follow market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities, integrating them into business plans,
• Manage proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation processes,
• Ensure interdepartmental coordination to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering, Architecture, International Trade, Economics, etc.),
• At least 4 years of experience in export sales and marketing,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong command of MS Office programs,
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and analytical mindset,
• Strong teamwork, planning, and organizational skills,
• No travel restrictions and a valid Class B driver’s license.
