QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deep interest in Mobile Gaming
- Native or fluent English and German language skills
- Excellent in written communication skills in English and Turkish
- Proven customer support experience
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Motivated team player with positive attitude
- Living in Istanbul or İzmir
- No military obligation or at least 2 years of postponement for male candidates
