QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Degree in Veterinary, Business, Marketing or related fields
  
•  At least 2-5 years experience in Pet food sales/businesses or related, with strategic thinking and high leadership skill
  
• Experience in Modern trade sales is a plus
  
• Understanding of marketing tools, sale distribution channel, well knowledge and experience of import and export processes in Turkey, techniques at the point of sales is a plus
  
• Highly responsible, good interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, result oriented
  
• Good command in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
  
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (words, excel, and powerpoint)
  
• Candidate must be based in Istanbul area and possess a valid driving licence
  
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements

Job Description: 

•  Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets
  
•  Identifying the customer's need and to deploy customer engagement plan
  
•  Developing commercial relationships with key customers
  
•  Evaluating marketing campaigns and budgets requesting by distributors
  
•  Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data (of distributors) and updated market situation
  
•  Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, ie. new product, new promotion, margin
  
• Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers
  
•  Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer's store
  
•  Other duties as assigned
