WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Greeting the guest in a friendly and courteous manner according to the standards
• Assist customers who come to the spa
• Help Spa Reseption  to manage the spa's schedule.
• Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products
• Ensuring that the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager are kept informed of all guest comments and complaints.
• Assisting Spa Manager or supervisor in maintaining all guest history records.
