Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Welcoming Hostess (Reception-Lobby Area) reporting to the F&B Departmentto join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025

Qualifications

·        Graduate of a university, tourism vocational school, tourism high school, or high school

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (preferably also in German or Russian)

·        At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the tourism and hospitality industry

·        Good interpersonal skills

·        Good articulation and communication skills, energetic

·        Conscious of assigned duties and responsibilities.

·        Cheerful and dynamic

·        Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene

Job Description

·        Cordially greeting and welcoming guests, facilitating their entry into the restaurant, hotel, or event area.

·        Managing the first impression of guests in the best way, providing a good experience to guests with a positive and professional welcome

·        Directing guests to their desired areas or services and providing information about the food or beverage menu when needed.

·        Attending to guests' special requests, promptly communicating them to the relevant departments, and assisting in fulfilling their needs

·        Establishing effective communication with other departments to ensure guests' needs are addressed promptly and properly.

·        Ensuring that the reception area is constantly clean and tidy, and that the area offers a comfortable and professional appearance for guests.
