QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Growing rapidly since its establishment, Dalgakıran Kompresör was founded in Karaköy, Istanbul in 1965. As the largest manufacturer of industrial compressors in Turkey, the company today exports its products and solutions to 130 countries around the globe. With innovation and technology in heart, Dalgakıran Kompresör established the very first R&D Center in compressor business in Turkey, aiming to better understand the requirements of its success partners and tailor solutions according to their needs. In early 2020 Dalgakıran Kompresör moved it's production facilities to its new integrated smart factory to answer growing demand.
We are seeking a talented Export Sales Executive to join our Export Sales Department. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, with an MBA being preferred. They should have knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in team management (direct reports) and experience in distributor management, along with knowledge of product and pricing.
Qualifications:
• Confident, motivated, flexible, and proactive approach,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably Spanish,
• No restrictions on international travel.
Job Description:
• Addressing customers' technical and commercial demands, managing sales processes in line with established procedures and company strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned sales region, and ensuring customer continuity,
• Managing sales processes (quotations, orders, contracts, opportunities, etc.) in line with the company's and unit's strategies and targets for the assigned region and customers,
• Ensuring swift communication between the customer and the company and handling operational, financial, and systemic processes for customer requests,
• Conducting customer visits to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers,
• Preparing necessary reports related to sales processes,
• Participating in and representing the company at domestic and international trade fairs organized for sales and marketing activities,
• Supporting the sales support team and providing necessary guidance.
