GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Join our team as a solution- and result-oriented Human Resources Specialist in Istanbul!

 We specialize in the sales of industrial automation systems, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to report to our Human Resources Director.

Required Qualifications

  •         A graduate of a relevant field, preferably from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Sociology,Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  •         Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources,
  •         Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  •         Strong command of MS Office applications.
  •         Experience in organizational development and performance management
  •         Experience in recruitment processes.
  •         Skilled in data interpretation, analysis, and reporting.
  •         Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  •          Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  •          Research-oriented, open to development and continuous improvement.
  •          Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  •          For male candidates, military service must be completed
  •   Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Job Description:

As part of our Human Resources team, you will play an active role in the following areas:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Preparing and posting job advertisements for open positions.
  • Conducting candidate screenings and supporting interview processes.
  • Organizing orientation programs for new employees.

Personnel Affairs and Payroll Processes

  • Creating and updating personnel files.
  • Supporting Social Security registrations and terminations.
  • Assisting with payroll processes and tracking attendance records.

Training and Development

  • Monitoring and tracking employee training plans.
  • Keeping records of training participation and preparing reports.
  • Supporting training processes for new employees.

Performance and Employee Relations

  • Assisting in performance management processes.
  • Organizing employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and motivation-boosting activities.
  • Supporting disciplinary processes when necessary.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • Monitoring occupational health and safety training and operation.

Administrative Processes and Reporting

  • Assisting in administrative procedures with government institutions (Social Security Institution, Turkish Employment Agency, Ministry of Labor, etc.).
  • Providing support for human resources processes at the company's other locations.
  • Preparing HR-related reports and presenting them to management.
