We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join our operations team and who will participate in the journey for continued improvement in an exiting and challenging assignment.

Primary Work Tasks;

• To ensure the safety of the CATALYST team by regular audits, following policies/regulations/standards and wherever required implementation of new methods/systems.
• Facilitate Change Management to ensure Safety and Quality.
• Implementation of company's policies and take the lead in complying with both the company's management & Local government rules and regulations.
• Implementation of Safety Group Standards.
•  Production Plan adherence to ensure the OTD. While maintaining the targets of OEE, scrap rate, waste generation, IPO etc.
•  Manpower planning according to the production plan.
•   Follow up on the production by daily meetings & audits,
•   Daily Layered Audit to ensure Safety, Quality and timely production.
•   Ensure timely Preventive Maintenance of equipment.
•   Daily/weekly/monthly report(s) preparation and reporting to CATALYST Manager/CFT.
•  Minimize the operational & Process downtime.
•   CATALYST Lean system implement to reach the benchmark compliance score targets and GP targets
• TPM implementation.

Qualifications;

•     Min. 1 years production experience.
•     Good level of english skilss
•      Good knowledge of Safety standards and regulations.
•     Learning and positive/sincere attitude.
•      Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Chemical)
•       Production and manpower mamangement experience.
•      Lean System’s Knowledge. Like 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard work etc.
•      Good understand of the drawing.
•      Good knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Risk Assessment, Change Management and Standard work.
•       Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic knowledge of ERP softwares.
