JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Inspecting and reporting on fire systems (both active and passive) within industrial facilities to identify potential fire hazards.
• Ability to prepare Fire Risk Analysis and Fire Gap Analysis reports.
• Checking and reporting deficiencies in fire pump stations, including diesel, electric, and jockey pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, wall hoses, and fire installations, referring to relevant standards.
• Assessing the adequacy of portable fire extinguishers in compliance with relevant standards.
• Determining and reporting the required intensity of fire suppression systems, fire detection detectors, sprinkler systems, etc., based on applicable standards.
• Verifying and reporting the functionality of fire detection detectors and systems in buildings according to relevant standards.
• Preparing reports on identified fire risks during inspections and proposing corrective actions.
• Interpreting fire protection projects and making necessary adjustments.
• Inspecting and reporting on ventilation and air conditioning systems that operate in harmony with fire protection systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Evaluating and preparing reports on structural fire safety measures according to applicable standards.
• Checking and reporting on fire-related signs and labels to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Being committed to continuous professional development.
• Using all equipment and materials required for activities in accordance with established methods.
• Developing suggestions to improve the efficiency of departmental and organizational activities, evaluating recommendations from subordinates, and presenting them to management.
• Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and punctuality of all related transactions and processes.
• Complying with and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations by conducting necessary inspections and providing warnings.
• Performing activities in accordance with the organization’s Quality Assurance System, procedures, and instructions, and ensuring compliance.
• Carrying out other duties assigned by the manager related to the job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English (fluent level).
• No travel restrictions.
• Possession of at least a Class B driver's license and ability to drive actively.
• No health issues that would prevent fulfilling job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of BYKHY, EN, and NFPA standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD.
