Which tasks is the "Reebok/Kinetix Brand Marketing Executive" responsible for at FLO?

• Own and roll out the global brand strategy in Turkey and the focused countries,
• Prepare annual online and offline marketing calendar in line with the global communication plan, local occasions, and product timing,
• Execute the holistic marketing plan, annual budget and communication plans,
• Plan, coordinate, and report 360 execution of marketing activities and product launches in line with the brand’s marketing calendars,
• Manage all relationships with agencies (media, creative and social media), and cooperate with other cross functional departments like product, online & offline category, studio, sales, retail marketing, VM, media, CRM, PR teams,
• Work closely with global team in collaboration,
• Lead brand planning & campaign management process, coordinate the agencies both in ATL and BTL in line with the campaign calendar,
• Understand business needs, transform data & consumer insights into strategies and adapt to the business,
• Support and follow the process of product development.

• If you are bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field,
• If you are 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in fashion retail or footwear & sportwear,
• If you are fluency in English(both verbal and written),
• If you have proficiency in MS Office,
• If you have strong coordination and project management skills to deliver end to end execution,
• If you are proactive, creative thinker with high learning agility and adaptability to ever-changing conditions and needs of the business,
