• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience of purchasing/procurement inmanufacturing companies.
• Awereness of foreign trade functions,
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; a good team player
• Analytical, problem-solving, result-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency ERP knowledge and excellent MS Office applications. (IFS experience will be valuable)
• Ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• No restriction for travelling,
• Compliance and ethics oriented.

Job Description

• Overseeing, improving, and executing sourcing activities for direct/indirect material categories, services and contract manufacturing.
• Ensuring high-quality daily procurement activities in compliance with defined process flows, procedures, quality, quantity, and timing.
• Making detailed cost analyses, benchmarkes and comparisons regarding product and service purchases, pricing according to market conditions,
• Monitoring and/or assisting PM for the tasks related to strategic sourcing processes (e.g., spend analysis, market analysis, category sourcing, contract management, price, and risk management) in line with strategic and tactical category management principles.
• To ensure that supplier contracts are made in accordance with company standards and local regulations,
• Tracking the invoices of the purchased materials and services, ensuring that corrective actions are taken regarding the problems detected by the suppliers, effectively managing the return process when necessary,
• To continue and develop work with existing domestic and international suppliers, to find alternative supply sources for the benefit of the company.
• To evaluate suppliers, measure their performance and report.
• To contribute by setting targets that will reduce the cost of the company.
