QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, tracking sales and stock levels, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and optimize customer relationships. If you have experience in the FMCG sector, we would love to hear from you!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields,
• At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector,
• Capable of managing B2B applications,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Tracking customers' stock, sales, and invoices,
• Meeting the demands of national chain markets,
• Presenting weekly stock and sales reports to the Sales Manager,
• Coordinating with field sales and logistics teams,
• Monitoring and reporting activity processes on a customer basis,
• Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled completely,
• Sharing necessary product information with customers during new product listing processes,
• Preparing monthly budget realization reports,
• Creating weekly sell-in and sell-out reports.
