The Sales Coordinator is a position that coordinates and manages the sales team to ensure the effective operation of the sales department. This position supports the implementation of sales strategies, manages customer relationships and plans the necessary steps to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• University graduate, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with proven success in sales performance
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills and team management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to an intense work pace and manage multiple priorities

Job Description:

• Managing and coordinating the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance
• Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Managing dealer relationships, and maintaining long-term loyalty
• Developing and planning strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Preparing sales reports and presenting them to management
• Conducting market research, performing competitive analysis
• Continuously monitoring and improving sales processes to increase effectiveness
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
