Senior Merchandiser

• Follow up orders with client brands in Europe and the US to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery,
• Arrange sample submissions to customers for approval,
• Handle Pre-Production and size set approvals,
• Follow up production, and delivery time frames,
• Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements,
• Communicate with all customers on daily basis, keeping them update on all issues from inquiries to production and delivery of the goods to their warehouse,
• Manage new style development and prepare product based upon customer needs,
• Support complete merchandising from inquiry to shipment,
• Prepare the orders with all details and transfer them to the work team correctly and ensure proper production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree,
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience,
• Strong product and material knowledge (Knit, Woven and Jersey) with good development skills. Familiar with the product development process,
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, and has excellent communication skills,
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties,
• Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines,
• We are looking for a Merchandiser candidate who is fluent in written and spoken English.
