QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in building or plant maintenance and facilities in a similar position and in the hospitality sector
• Be familiar with fire and life safety laws and regulations
• Hands on with a flexible and willing to adapt approach
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of multi-skilled technicians
• Good organizational work planning and reporting skills
• Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills
• Customer focused and people oriented
• Very good knowledge of building equipment: heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, automatic operation
• Faculty of analysis, evaluation and decision making in the day-to-day business and in the case of emergency
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the property
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the property’s procedures in regards to the guest contact and safety.
• Good basic computer skills in software office (Word, Excel)
