Groupe Atlantic Site of Izmir is looking for a new IT Supervisor!

The combination of Groupe Atlantic's knowledge, experience and management approach in hot water products and Turkish workforce with high quality and high technical competencies made GROUPE ATLANTIC IZMIR one of Europe's biggest and most modern facilities. We continue to product in Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone location with around 370 employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English proficiency required,
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, and Python,
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Project Management,
• A curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement,
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both the team and internal stakeholders,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

Ensuring that IT processes are handled in accordance with procedures. Maintain and develop the digitalization of the factory by managing a team working for IT systems, software developments, digital transformation (industry 4.0 ) and SAP management, in collaboration with group IT organization. 

• Developing applications for Industry. Maintain applications which is in using production,
• Team Management (Face to Face, ADI, feedback, priorities , coaching for issues or projects trainings, budget proposal and follow up…)
• Collaboration with international IT teams (system, cyber, SAP, connected company, deployment …),
• Managing, monitoring, or contributing some digital projects ( Create application and power BI to help department, make some links between data source, Data analyze to give insight to production).
